Optimal dilutions/concentrations should be determined by the end user.

The MAGE1 gene is a member of the melanoma antigen-encoding gene family.
Function: Not known, though may play a role in embryonal development and tumor transformation or aspects of tumor progression. Antigen recognized on a melanoma by autologous cytolytic T-lymphocytes.
Subcellular Location: Cytoplasm.
Tissue Specificity: Expressed in many tumors of several types, such as melanoma, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, lung carcinoma and breast carcinoma, but not in normal tissues except for testes. Never expressed in kidney tumors, leukemias and lymphomas.
Similarity: Contains 1 MAGE domain.
MAGE 1 reacts with human - not yet tested in other species.
