 Sequence: Peptide with sequence ALRKELLKSIWYA-C, from the N Terminus of the protein sequence according to NP_071330.
Notes: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8,000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 95kDa band with a minor approx 40kDa in Jurkat and K562 lysates at 1ug/ml. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the bands we observe given the predicted size of approx. 73kDda according to NP_071330.
