Antigen: Invertase (Candida sp)
Immunogen: Invertase [Candida] Family: Glucose Energy Metabolism
Application: Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA, immunoprecipitation and most immunological methods requiring high titer and specificity. Recommended Dilution: This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Invertase [Candida] in a standard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Goat IgG [H&L] (Goat) catalog # 18-732-292598 and (ABTS (2,2\'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:10,000 to 1:65,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product. Optimal titers for other applications should be determined by the researcher.
Physical State: Lyophilized
Purity and Specificity: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by a delipidation and defibrination. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against purified and partially purified Invertase [Candida]. Cross reactivity against Invertase from other sources is unknown.
Antibody Concentration: 90.0 mg/ml (by Refractometry)
Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2
Stabilizer: None Catalytic Activity: Hydrolysis of terminal non-reducing beta-D-fructofuranoside residues in beta-D-fructofuranosides.
Similarity: Belongs to the glycosyl hydrolase 32 family [view classification].
